Puss in Boots is a 2011 American computer-animated adventure film produced by Dreamworks Animation, directed by Chris Miller (who directed Shrek the Third in 2007) and with Guillermo del Toro as executive producer. It stars Antonio Banderas and Salma Hayek in the lead roles and Tom Wheeler as screenwriter. The film was released in theaters on October 27, 2011 in 3D and IMAX 3D and is a spin-off of the Shrek film saga.[2] The film was released on October 27, 2011 in 3D and IMAX 3D.
Puss is a fugitive from justice who commits robberies to make ends meet, without stealing from low-income people or churches. The character resembles in his outlaw attitude the fictional character El Zorro who curiously is also played by Antonio Banderas, the voice of Gato.
When night falls, Kitty, Humpty and Gato go to sleep, but Gato wakes up in the middle of the desert beaten and with crows hovering over him (since they were ambushed by Jack and Jill, who followed him). He quickly gets up and heads for St. Richard’s, where Humpty would return the gold he owed the town. But upon arrival, Puss realizes that it was all a vindictive trap by Humpty (the men in the bar who told Puss of the legend of the Goose, Jack and Jill, and even Kitty were working for Humpty all along), who did not forgive him for abandoning him. Puss puts up no resistance before the local authority and Humpty is hailed by the town as a hero. He tells Cat that he was in the places he went.

A miller left his three sons, the mill, the donkey and the cat, as his entire estate. The distribution was a short thing, without the intervention of the notary or the procurator, who would have eaten the poor inheritance very soon. Another day Master Zapiron went to a wheat field, where he hid, keeping his sack open as usual, and when two partridges had been put in it, he drew the cords and caught them both.
