The Gospel of Elisa Victoria
It may not be a masterpiece due to the lack of greater cohesion between the stories, but the advantage of the film is that it gives us the intuition that we are dealing with a promising director when it comes to dive into the most intimate emotions of each one of us.
Set in a time of “Mafia” in old Boston, The Departed has established itself on our screens with considerable success. One of the best films of this unfortunate ?cinematically? speaking 2006.
If you have climbed stairs at a gallop with the hammering in your head of the tanan, tananan of the original soundtrack, you will enjoy it like pigs in a puddle. And if not, you’ll have one of those sports dramas that makes the female sector hate the male sector. Of course, Stallone has managed to thrill me again.
It’s a little action movie, with good and correct special effects, and it’s quite good to watch. Too bad the actors are too old, it could have been much better. Hey, and that it is very short.
A masterpiece full of shocking sequences (I forgot to mention the explosion at the beginning) and performances that touch or reach perfection. Alfonso, we thank you for giving us such a marvel.

The scratching posts for cats can also be part of a toy, because they can play with it, climb and their life will be less boring, because they sleep a lot, but they need an active life always with games, otherwise your cat may be a little depressed to be locked up and not very active at home.
Cats love heights and are very curious, having several floors in the scratching post means being able to observe everything that surrounds them inside the house and even, if it is near the window (but always closed to prevent it from falling), it can observe everything that happens outside, see birds or the neighbor (sure to be the “cat gossip” of the neighborhood).
As cats are so special, it may be that when you buy a scratching post your kitty does not even look at it or does not even approach it (do not worry, it is a matter of time), we can help him with some of his toys and place them on top of the scratching post to encourage him to climb.
The cat is a curious animal, of course, they are always attracted by new things, different smells, which they will soon mark as theirs, since they are territorial and every thing or object that surrounds them, they will feel that it also belongs to them and they will soon mark it as theirs.

High in the mountains of northern Tenerife, the sun hides behind a seemingly endless ceiling of cloud cover that traps the region’s inhabitants in an abject, infernal heat. There, in a ramshackle village far from the island’s glamorous beach resorts, two adolescent girls spend a treacherous summer in each other’s all-consuming company.
When you finish reading Panza de burro, the low clouds settle in your chest and stay there, staring at you with green eyes. What Andrea Abreu does in this book reminded me sometimes of Sara Gallardo’s Eisejuaz and sometimes of Rita Indiana’s Papi. But the continuous sensation was of savoring something new and addictive that works with lexicon, nostalgia, astonishment, repulsion and tenderness. All at the same time. And all with a tremendous visual force that urges you to read it.

But the continuous sensation was of savoring something new and addictive that works with lexicon, nostalgia, astonishment, repulsion and tenderness. All at the same time. And all with a tremendous visual force that installs foreign memories in your brain.

Your father was a printer (offset printer) and taxidermist as a hobby. Your parents encouraged your interest in animals and plants or activities such as gardening or fishing… Nowadays anyone can admire in social networks your cactus collection and the strong inspiration that zoology and botany inspire you. What can you tell us about this?
Your academic background goes from California State Summer School for the Arts, Cal Arts, Riverside City College and Art Center College of Design in Pasadena. As a lifelong art student and artist, what can you tell us about those moments of academic learning and urban and street art?
I was already contemplating art before the internet era, so I was engrossed in the books we had in our library… Mostly European masters and post-war New York painters. I think most artists were trying to create art that told a big story, a story bigger than the artist himself. They were asking big questions about the nature of being human after experiencing the death and destruction of the two world wars. I was inspired by those authors and took many of the injustices I saw in the history of my own country. I grew up in a multicultural environment with kids of all races and cultures. I myself, I suppose, identified as “white,” but we also had Hispanic-Mexican and Italian traditions in my family. I began to see how other ethnic groups were treated in our country and that became something to focus on. I have always loaded my work with political and social content.
